but then you can't taste it and surely that
some of the point. (i was going to say 'the whole' but it's not is it?!)
I believe you would tell a few porkies,
certainly reading the other emus, i can't believe all i read. can you 'sex up'
an emu, sorry email - sounds a bit dodgy that!
have never seen Brownies naked, thank god.
Ps. Nasty business, having a Jack Russel
stuck in yer crack.....
Vile Jelly 29 September 2003 15:36
I've had my taste buds transplanted into my stomach to save time and effort!
As for pork pies, I have no editorial say on what goes on the webby. I just
type what the RT tell me to.
PS. But surely not as eye-watering as having it probed by a Mines Rescue Team!
Gill Richards 30 September 2003 12:02
cool.
i have just re-read the front page of SSI. It
says that all views expressed are yours. So is that a pork pie aswell? i'm
sure the RT wouldn't want to take ownership of many of your waffles.
Ps OUCH
PPS is it nice down there? parents are
visiting you yet AGAIN. this retirement lark really suits them!
Vile Jelly 01 October 2003 10:16
What? The little buggers must have re-typed it when I wasn't looking. I shall
correct this at the next update. I don't see why I should be the only one to
end up in a khaki suit with arrows motif!
PS. It has gone distinctly autumnal in the last couple of days. Odd flurry of
sunshine but mostly grey with periods of wet and windy.
Gill Richards 02 October 2003 08:48
i thought it was more of a beige colour and
why do the arrows always point up? Is it a morale thing? Arrows pointing down
would make you depressed and miserable sort of thing? Cos god knows you'd be
happy being locked up wouldn't you?!
You'd have to get lots of little suits made,
or just draw some arrows on a box and put them all in it!
PS yuck. Weather says it's going to turn well
cold on saturday. v. windy with a large chill factor. out come the thermals.
Vile Jelly 02 October 2003 17:16
No. I hate to sound the trumpets of controversy but it's khaki for me. Somehow
'beige' doesn't quite conjure up images of grinding servitude!
To be honest, I think the RT would have made a swift getaway long before they
even got measured for the arrowy suits. The question is, can I persuade them
(or their accomplices) to take me with them?
Hm ..... better buy them some more drinks!
Gill Richards 03 October 2003 08:26
ok. you're just harking back to the days when
you were in the cadets, or does khaki go with your eyes?
i like the more drink theory..
Vile Jelly 03 October 2003 09:48 So did they, although they are looking less enthusiastic about it this morning. I shall despatch them for a refreshing swim to Godrevy, twice round the lighthouse and then back to the Sloop for first orders! Gill Richards 03 October 2003 15:10 ooh, poor souls!! have the towels ready, they'll have to sit on them to soak up the sea water. Vile Jelly 03 October 2003 15:29
Nonsense. They can take it cos they're tuff!
And they dry very quickly! (Orm just squeezes the water out and then Sonic
takes them for a high speed spin around town).
They are now camped down the Sloop getting wet on the inside while I still
have to go back to work tonight to earn their beer money. Bah!
