Floods

Have you survived the disaster situation? We were concerned to see the following in today's newspaper:

"torrential rain sent a river of mud and water through the centre of the Cornish resort of St Ives. An inshore lifeboat rescued 18 people after the normally tranquil Stennack burst its banks when a band of rain crossed west Cornwall, dropping 2in of water on already wet ground."

Yes ..... just. I don't even want to discuss the traumas experienced in the Sloop kitchen today.

News about the flood hopefully included in this week's update if the Reporting Team can keep up enough speed on the treadmill to generate some
power!
